Seven years of direct hands-on experience with installing, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise systems in a large, multi-user. multi-application environment.
Significant experience with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes and principles.
Experience with physical and virtual server environments, including Windows, RedHat Linux, VMWare, 0365, and Cloud.
Experience with virtualization technologies, Cloud technologies, System monitoring/alerting, performance tuning and resource optimization.
