Job Description

NRSP Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated Product Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to lead product development initiatives and manage a team of two professionals. This role focuses on guiding the entire product lifecycle, from market research through design, testing, and rollout of services and products. The Product Manager collaborates closely with different departments to ensure market needs are met and compliance with organizational policies and banking standards is maintained. This position requires a proactive approach to monitoring product performance, refining processes, and training staff to uphold quality and consistency in product offerings.The successful candidate will possess strong skills in product roadmapping, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management. They will lead cross-functional collaboration efforts and apply effective prioritization frameworks to balance competing demands and deliver value. The Product Manager plays a critical role in contributing to marketing and communication plans while supporting the Head of Business in designing management controls. This position requires a commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability in a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research to inform product and service design, testing, and rollout phases.
Participate actively in defining marketing and communication strategies related to products and services.
Assist the Head of Business in establishing and implementing effective management controls.
Analyze product performance regularly to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
Ensure all product development activities comply with SBP guidelines and bank policies.
Define and review product and service processes, procedures, guides, and training materials to maintain consistency and quality.
Lead training sessions for staff on product policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational excellence.
Manage and guide a team of two members, providing support, feedback, and development opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
Adapt product management strategies based on evolving market conditions and organizational priorities.
Take on any additional tasks assigned by management to support the banks objectives.
