I'm hiring a
Mechanical Engineer II, Structural Analysis
to join Voyager Technologies' Strategic Systems Division.
Structural and stress analysis using FEA and first-principles calculations
Structural dynamics, modal analysis, random vibration and shock response
Analysis of complex aerospace hardware and structural loading
Validating analysis results and recommending design improvements
Integrating thermal and CFD considerations into structural assessments
Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
Understanding of structural dynamics and mechanical design fundamentals
Familiarity with CAD, engineering drawings and GD&T
Knowledge of solid rocket motor physics
Aerospace, defense or propulsion experience is a strong advantage
Experience analysing
pressurized structures, pressure vessels, tanks or rocket motor cases
would be particularly interesting.
