Job Description

Assemble PCBs using surface mount and through-hole soldering techniques

Operate reflow ovens and pick-and-place equipment for prototype and low-rate production builds

Perform PCB rework and repair, including fine-pitch components

Inspect assemblies under magnification to IPC workmanship standards

Build, terminate and test wiring harnesses and cable assemblies

Work from schematics, BOMs, assembly drawings and work instructions

Carry out continuity, functional and bench tests using multimeters, power supplies and oscilloscopes

Support engineers with prototype builds, integration and troubleshooting

Support environmental testing and flight test preparation

Record build and test results and flag defects or design issues to engineering

Maintain an organized, ESD-safe lab and manage component and parts inventory

High school diploma, with an associate degree, technical certification or military electronics training preferred

Electrical Technician I: 1+ years of hands-on PCB assembly or electronics build experience

Electrical Technician II: 3+ years of hands-on PCB assembly, rework and test experience

Able to read schematics, assembly drawings and BOMs

Experience with basic test equipment such as multimeters, power supplies and oscilloscopes

US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
