Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions? Micah Buzzard Farmers Insurance is looking for a driven Remote Sales Producer to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow . You'll work with prospective and existing customers, develop new business, and build lasting client relationships—all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote position.

What You'll Do

Follow up with leads and referrals to connect with prospective customers (LEADS PROVIDED!)
Build relationships with new and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
Prospect for new business through outreach, referrals, and networking.
Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and benefits.
Prepare quotes and help customers through the sales process.
Respond to customer questions by phone and email.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes.
Participate in ongoing training and coaching.

Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred. Candidates with strong sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience are encouraged to apply.
