Title: Construction Manager (Data Center)

Location

South Hill, VA

Key Responsibilities

7+ years of construction management, superintendent, or senior field leadership experience.

* Strong experience with ground-up construction projects.

Expertise in civil construction, including:

Site development

Earthwork and grading

Underground electrical utilities

Underground plumbing and drainage systems

* Experience managing MEP trades and complex infrastructure installations.

Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors in fast-paced construction environments.
Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, quality, and safety management.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $180000k - $190000k annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
