Manufacturing company south of Wichita Falls area needs an experienced Senior Quality Engineer. This is a wonderful company with excellent benefits. Will identify, develop, and support continuous improvement of quality processes and projects that increase value through improving performance, product and process quality, safety, and cost.
Facilitate problem solving activities, identifying root causes and implementing permanent corrective actions.
Facilitate PFMEAs and process risk assessments.
Assure product and process quality through effective planning, tracking, analyzing, reporting, and problem solving.
Write quality procedures and administer documentation systems.
Develop and perform internal process and product audits.
Maintain statistics about vendor quality, in-process quality, and finished product quality.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent degree. CQE, CQA or CRE (ASQ) certification a plus.
5 years’ minimum experience in the Quality Engineering field. Must have experience in manufacturing.
Motivated self-starter with the desire for continuous improvement.
High level of energy, enthusiasm, and optimism as well as a sense of urgency and passion for excellence, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
