The
Treasury Business Analyst p artners with the Treasurer and Treasury team to improve processes, strengthen documentation and controls, and support strategic initiatives across interest rate risk, liquidity management, and investments.
Key
Redesign workflows, improve processes, and standardize Treasury documentation and procedures.
Collaborate with Treasury leaders and team members to develop cross-functional knowledge and improve coordination.
Lead initiatives that generate cost savings or new income opportunities.
Support business units with new product and service development.
Assist with deposit and loan pricing analysis, rate-setting, and profitability reviews.
Research and apply AI tools and other innovative approaches to improve analysis, reporting, and efficiency.
Prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation for the Treasurer and stakeholders.
Manage special projects and other initiatives as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Two to four years of professional banking or financial services experience. is preferred
Proficiency with AI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and project-management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and learn quickly.
Interest in banking and Treasury concepts, including interest rate risk, liquidity, and investments.
