When a client calls unsure about their options, your job is to listen carefully, walk them through what is available and help them take a clear next step.
That is the core of this on-site, full-time Customer Service Associate position in Centennial, CO. You will spend your days connecting with clients, answering questions and scheduling appointments with licensed agents who can assist with benefits enrollment. No prior insurance experience is needed.
Your responsibilities include:
Reaching out to prospective clients by phone to introduce available services. Scheduling and confirming appointments for licensed team members. Following up with clients to make sure their questions are addressed. Keeping accurate records of every interaction and scheduled meeting. Coordinating with your team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Develop your skills as a contractor while building client relationships and increasing your income potential. You will receive structured coaching and ongoing mentorship from experienced team members as you learn the role.
